Matt's...

30!! That's right, I'm now married to a 30 year old. ;-) I was going to combine this post and our Christmas post BUT Matt likes his birthday and Christmas to be 2 separate celebrations and so I'll honor that and keep the posts separate as well! With that being said, on to Matt's birthday weekend! Friday, which was Matt's actual birthday a group of about 12 of us including Matt's sister Amy that came up from Houston, all went out to dinner at Sushi Axiom and then back to Casa de Sitser for some more fun! Saturday, we got up and headed to brunch at Nick and Sam's Grill and then met up with friends at the Katy Trail Ice House which then proceeded us to all go out to dinner and ended the evening with a dance party back at our house. It was a great weekend to ring Matt into his 30's and we were so happy that Amy came up to celebrate with us! :-)

 for getting behind on our blog!! It has been a super busy past month and thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it! ;-) I recently changed jobs and we have been out of town/country pretty much all the month of October. So, let me briefly catch you up to speed on what we have been up to. The beginning of October we had our friends Dustin and Evans wedding extravaganza in Washington DC which was amazing and we couldn't be more excited for the newly Mr and Mrs Sanderson! Love you guys and can't wait to plan a trip back to visit! Then a week or so later we jetted off on vacation with two couples, our good friends Chris and Lindsey, and Ashleigh and Casey to Barcelona, Spain for the first leg of the trip and then we were off to England to visit and spend time with Matt's family.  We had a fantastic trip but it's never  a long enough time with the family.
