Everything is starting to come together...
on the remodel. We are almost there and can FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel! This week we went to West Elm to look at sectionals for the den or family area...not sure what to call that area. Anyway, we had our eye on one specific sectional and when we walked in West Elm on Monday low and behold it was ON SALE AND THEY HAD IT IN STOCK!!! If you shop at West Elm you know that they hardly ever have anything in stock....they usually have to ship it to you which takes weeks! It was meant to be!! We I was so excited, I would say Matt was but he starts sweating anytime we are spending money! lol He got excited after we got it home and he saw it come together. :-) We also got a rug as well and that was the only thing that wasn't in stock and so they are FedExing it to us. Now, if we could get the fireplace done and get the new TV so we can actually sit in there and enjoy it! lol It won't be long though....hopefully!

Summer Survival Must Haves
Summer is here and so I thought I would share my top 5 summer survival must haves!
1. Dior Lip Maximizer- I LOVE LOVE LOVE this lip gloss! It's a great natural color that brings out your lips and it stays on and so you don't have to reapply as often. Also, it's not sticky like a lot of lip glosses...it goes on very smooth AND is doesn't make your lips tingle like most lip maximizers.
2. Fedora Hat- It's great to throw on when heading to the pool or going to an outside event. Always cute with any outfit AND it's plus b/c you don't have to fix your hair!!
3. Vinho Verde- Is a great summer wine b/c its really light and fresh and has a little bit of fiz to it! Matt and mines favorite time together is sitting out on the back patio on a Saturday evening enjoying a glass of Vinho Verde.....ahhh relaxing!
4. TOMS- I just bought a pair of these and are in LOVE with them! They are so comfortable and look cute with shorts or sundress. You also feel good buying a pair b/c as you know when you buy a pair one is given to a child in need.
5. Neutrogena Wet Skin Sunblock Spray- As I have gotten older I have begun to appreciate sunblock! This is great because you can spray it on wet skin and it doesn't sweat off and is waterproof and so stays on while in the pool/lake.
I could go on about more favs for the summer b/c I just love summertime! What are your summer must haves?
